Refund and exchange:
When shopping at our website, you are at no risk, because we guarantee refund, exchange or repair under manufacturer's warranty.
If there is something wrong with the received item, please consider the following options:
- Exchange: you can exchange the unwanted watch for another one
- Repair: you can have your watch repaired under the manufacturer's warranty
- Refund: you can turn the watch back and we will gladly turn back your money
Please, decide which of the above mentioned options is the most appropriate for you and follow the instruction:
- Please, explain the problem in an e-mail letter. Let us know what you do not like about the watch. Please, specify if you want an exchange, refund or repair and make sure to indicate your order number as well as the approximate date of purchase.

We will reply promptly. In our e-mail you will find a return code. You will have to indicate the return code on the package when you send the unwanted item back.
Note:
- Please, make sure you have included all the links which you received with the timepiece, if there were any. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the watch for refund, exchange or repair.
- Make sure the watch that you want refunded, exchanged or repaired is in the same condition as you received it. It must have no defects or damages caused by improper use, otherwise we will not accept it.
- Please, take into account that the warranty covers only manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or cases when the item was damaged accidently or intentionally during delivery or wearing. Our staff includes professionals who will determine the character of the defect.
- If your watch has a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly accept it for repair. However, if the flaw cannot be repaired, you will get your money back or you will get a new watch of the same model. Also you can exchange the unwanted watch for a watch of other model, or you can get your money back.
- If you want to exchange the watch for a more expensive model, please, enclose money to cover the price difference.
- If you choose a cheaper watch, we will cover the price difference.
- There is a $10 re-stocking fee for refunds.
- If the item you ordered was lost during delivery, you will have to wait for 30 days during which we will do our best to track down the package way. If we do not manage to find the package, you will get the refund.
- You will receive your watch with a courier. Please, note that an adult person must sign the blank upon the package delivery. Otherwise, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office.
- In some countries extra-charges for international shipment are required. Since we cannot foresee what charges there will be, such fees are not our responsibility.
